We are looking for someone who speaks English and can pick up new tech and processes quickly. The ideal VA would be able to anticipate the needs of the team and is ready for all the curve balls. This candidate would have three or more years in Financial Roles and enjoys working with numbers. We will need this position to work in the PST Time Zone.
This position will assist our company with AR & AP Financial tasks. Examples of these tasks are listed below.
1. Invoice creation and updating via Zoho Invoice.
2. Reconciling Payments.
3. Building out our Shipping Cost Database. Looking through all our invoices and shipment records so that we can have a better understanding of our sea freight rates and air freight rates.
4. Google Drive Updating & Organization.
5. Combing through Zoho and making sure that all entries are with the appropriate category so that we can have more accurate financial reporting.
6. Combing through slack discussions and making sure all costs are accounted for.
7. Financial Google Sheets Upkeep.

10. Continuously update Uncategorized COGS & Line Items.
11. Assist our Financial team with tasks.
12. Administrative Assistant Tasks.
