Cold Caller

I’m looking for someone to call for 5-6 hours (at any time) during the hours
from 9am to 5pm in the Pacific Time Zone.

I need someone who is diligent, very detail oriented, and will not waste any
of my leads. You must speak good English and be willing to keep people
on the phone, ask lots of questions, show interest and act curious while on
the calls.
WOULD HIGHLY PREFER PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE REAL ESTATE COLD
CALLING.

Top Tasks:
-Then Call Motivated Sellers on a multi-dialer I will provide.
-Log any leads that you have a good conversation with and seem to want
to sell
-Follow up with leads that say they want to sell multiple times
-Keep me up to date on what leads to call that become Warm Leads
Perks:

-Consistent bonuses every week for setting appointments or getting leads
-When I grow you grow, I’m looking for someone who will be in the business
with me for a long time.
-Monthly Income 600+ USD potential to earn up to 1200+ USD a month further down
the line.

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially $5/hour, but will
immediately have the opportunity to get $20 bonus for every deal that
closes from an appointment you set.
-You will be paid based on hours worked and bonuses.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
