Cold Calling Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling, with experience specifically in the real estate sector.
Work Hours: Part-time (with potential to evolve into full-time based on deal flow), mandatory 9 AM to 2 PM PST Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Responsibilities:
1. Cold call and use outbound strategies to find high-quality leads for the home services industry.
2. Maintain accurate lead records and manage interactions through CRM software.
3. Research target markets and demographics to focus lead generation efforts.
4. Initiate contact via phone, email, and other channels to qualify prospects.
5. Assess financial situations, property conditions, and motivation levels of leads.
6. Build rapport and trust with leads through effective communication. (Insert “commission” in the subject of your application)
7. Implement follow-up processes to guide leads through decision-making.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
