Dropshipping Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of our dropshipping business
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and structures are followed
- Review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency
- Lead and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and productivity
- Communicate effectively with the CEO to align on business goals and strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance team performance and business growth
- Maintain detailed and organized records of transactions and operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in dropshipping or e-commerce
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proven problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Ability to ensure compliance with SOPs and business structures
- Goal-driven and capable of working towards achieving business objectives
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
