Virtial Assistant

We are looking for full-time virtual assistants. The job and roll progression will have three phases. As you progress through the phases, you will receive an increase in pay. The phases could last from three weeks to a month and a half.

1. Phase 1.
-Scrape leads and list-building
(800 USD Per Month) base salary

2. Phase 2:
Customer support and sales (mostly email)
(1,200 USD per Month Base Salary)

3. Phase 3
-Managing, hiring, and training people that can do the above mentioned roles. You will also be involved in process optimization. (1450 per month base salary, starting with the ability to increase to 2k per month in the first year)
