JOB OVERVIEW

e're looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join one of our clients as a Real Estate TC + Video Editing. You'll wear two hats, providing exceptional support to our agents while crafting engaging content to boost their social media presence.

Transaction Coordination Expert:
Manage the end-to-end process of real estate transactions, including document preparation, review, and compliance.
Communicate transaction progress to involved parties.
Ensure timely completion of all required documents.
Monitor and track deadlines and schedule appointments.
Identify and resolve any challenges that may arise during the transaction process.
Stay up-to-date with real estate regulations.
Skyloop experience is a plus

Social Media Whiz:
Create eye-catching graphics and edit short videos for social media platforms and listings.
Develop and schedule engaging social media content that showcases our listings and brand.
Stay on top of social media trends and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage social media interactions, responding to comments and messages promptly.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

Minimum 1 year of experience assisting a realtor with daily tasks.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (In ENGLISH).
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
Basic video editing skills (Capcut, iMovie, Final Cut Pro preferred).
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
A passion for real estate and the drive to succeed.
