Patient Coordinator

The Patient Organizer at Grow My Clinic interacts and maintains contact with our partnered clinics for the purpose of rescheduling and confirming new patient appointments. They manage and call all new appointments as well as confirm them beforehand. Patient Organizer's also check and organize our trackers in order to keep accurate information on patient shows/no-shows. They also maintain an open line of communication to new patients.

Essential job functions include:
-Call our new patients as soon as they are booked
-Reply to incoming text messages from new patients
-Call all new patients prior to appointment
-Organize patient tracking lists
-Communicate with clinics on schedule/rescheduling
-Confirm patients show/no-show

Requirements:
-3+ years of experience Phone Appointment Setter or Patient Coordinator
-Must be fluent in English (Great vocabulary, pronunciation, etc)
-CRM experience required (GoHighLevel CRM experience preferred)

Skills:
-Ability to multi-task and apply critical thinking skills
-Organized and able to manage spreadsheets
-Able to make 50-100 texts & calls a day
-Ability to represent different clients on texts & calls
-Ability to work independently with speed, accuracy, and quality
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job type: Remote / Full-time

Schedule:
-8 Hour Shift
-Monday-Friday
-Saturday (preferred)
