Virtual Assistant to Account Managers

The Opportunity:
Y1 Sport is seeking ambitious individuals to join Y1 Sport’s Contracted Teamwear department. You will work alongside our account managers and be responsible for managing our contracted partners to ensure they get a successful service!

Daily Responsibilities:
1. Email management – be the direct point of contact for enquiries from contracted partners, passing on tasks to those relevant in the company for completion.
2. Assist the onboarding of new clubs, building a rapport and providing a streamlined process with operations
3. Booking and arranging meetings
4. Check notion/emails for new inbound enquiries
5. Assist with upsell & coordination of new products
6. Exports of customer emails using Shopify, with the use of Mailerlite for mass marketing promotions or changes for our teamwear customers
7. Provide quotes & processes/lead times for various enquiries
8. Produce and provide invoice details to customers through Xero
9. Create basic mock up designs for club enquiries using design software; Affinity
10. Create and provide order documents to be processed through our operations management

Key Skills:
- Customer Facing skills
- Written English in emails
- Spoken English for communicating internally
- Google Systems
- Adaptable
- Slack (for internal company communication)
- Notion (for internal documents and task management

Technical Skills:
- Notion (training and software will be provided)
- Affinity design (training and software will be provided)

We will communicate via Slack every day and have a weekly catchup call.

This is an opportunity for a full time role starting June 17th.
