Inside Sales Representative / Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

We are looking for an AWESOME Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Discovery Calls with potential clients, explaining the services and addressing inquiries.
- Follow up with clients to provide support and answer questions.
- Schedule/book appointments for actual sales presentation.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in B2B industry
- Must have cold calling/outbound calls background.
- At least 3 years of Inside Sales experience in BPO
- Must possess Near-to-native American accent and must be perky during calls!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work during US business hours
