Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, and remote access
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures.
Collaborate with IT management and other departments to identify and implement IT solutions.
Research and leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools to automate tasks, improve issue resolution efficiency, and stay informed about industry best practices.
Maintain a strong understanding of current IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience working as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
