Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve brand awareness, audience engagement, and business objectives.
Create high-quality, creative, and engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, Tiktok, YouTube.).
Manage and schedule social media posts using relevant scheduling tools.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (likes, shares, comments) and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Identify and engage with target audiences, fostering brand loyalty and community growth.
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platforms, and features, including the potential of AI-powered social media tools for content creation and audience insights.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
Track industry benchmarks and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique functionalities.
Proven ability to create engaging and creative social media content (written, visual, and video).
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences online.
A data-driven approach to social media marketing, with a focus on measurable results.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for social media and a continuous learning mindset.
Openness to exploring and using AI tools for social media content creation, audience analysis, and content optimization (a plus).
