Job Description:
As a Content Manager at Twinkling Tree, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality content that aligns with our brand. You will play a pivotal role in managing our content talent acquisition. Liaising, organizing times and shoots with creators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage Content Creators: Proactively reach out to and engage with content creators to find high-quality individuals who align with our brand.
- Coordinate and Organize Shoots: Liaise with content creators to organize shoots, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly and efficiently.
- Influencer Collaborations: Reach out to influencers for potential collaborations, negotiate terms, and manage relationships to maximize brand exposure.


Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey creative concepts clearly and effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring all content is delivered on time and to the required standard.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience in working with influencers and managing collaborations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and what type of content performs well on each.

Working Conditions:
- Remote position.
- Flexible working hours with a minimum of 40 hours and 5 days per week.

Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications, ranging from $8 - $14/hour USD.
