About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Marketing Sunrise on a part-time, freelance basis. This role involves traveling for video shoots, crafting compelling video marketing content, writing engaging posts, and designing informative infographics.


Responsibilities:

Video Creation and Editing: Use AI tools to edit and produce attention-grabbing videos primarily for platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Substack.

Content Writing and Posting: Manage the drafting and scheduling of posts across various channels, ensuring the content is optimized and aligned with our brand objectives.

Content Idea Generation: Propose creative ideas for posts, videos, and other content formats that increase engagement and visibility.

Daily Social Media Management: Post twice daily and actively engage with the community by managing likes, comments, and other forms of interaction.

Event and Shoot Coordination: Travel to various locations to conduct video shoots, ensuring high-quality content production.


Qualifications:

Proven Social Media Management Experience: Strong background in managing and growing social media communities, with an ability to effectively engage with a targeted audience.

Content Creation Skills: Ability to create captivating visual and textual content, with a deep understanding of best practices across multiple platforms.

Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze content performance, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Proactivity and Creativity: Looking for someone innovative, who takes initiative and consistently proposes new ideas to enhance engagement and visibility.

Excellent English Proficiency: Outstanding ability to write and communicate in English, both written and verbally (error-free textual content).
