Real Estate Disposition Expert

We're a real estate wholesaler and we need someone skilled to handle our deals. As a Real Estate Disposition Specialist, you'll be in charge of selling our properties efficiently. Your main tasks will be marketing and advertising our properties, coordinating showings and negotiations, and overseeing the closing process. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the real estate market, great communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful deal closures.
