About Us:
DyCom SmartStaff is all about creating, inspiring, and engaging experiences. We need a talented Brand Designer Expert with UI/UX skills to join our awesome remote team. This part-time gig could turn into a full-time opportunity!
What You’ll Do:
• Create and manage the company’s visual brand identity.
• Integrate branding elements seamlessly into your design strategy.
• Create outstanding UI elements and UX strategies to delight our users.
• Design or redesign identities for products, services, or the organization.
• Create and develop visual identities including logos, colors, fonts, print media, out-of-home media, packaging, online campaigns, websites, applications, and more.
• Collaborate with the team to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Develop ideas and strategies that demonstrate insight and innovation.
• Conduct research on clients, their commercial environment, objectives, and relevant subjects.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate your designs.
• Present your designs to the team and executives remotely.
What You Need:
• Proven experience in Product Branding and UI/UX design as showcased in your portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, and more.
• Strong eye for design and user interaction.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the latest UI trends and technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scru
• Background in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Bonus Points:
• Expertise in branding strategies across different industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
