We are looking for a proactive and creative individual who will be responsible for enhancing their social media engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of various social media channels and trends, with a focus on increasing followers, subscribers, and overall engagement. This role will involve crafting compelling content, optimizing posts for SEO, and fostering a sense of community among our audience.

Potential Tasks:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for increased brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Use SEO techniques to boost content visibility, especially on YouTube.
- Monitor trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to adjust content strategy.
- Engage with followers, foster community, and respond to comments/messages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency across channels.
- Analyze metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.


Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in social media management and community building.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, particularly for YouTube optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor content for different audiences.
- Analytical mindset for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Property industry experience/knowledge is a plus.
- Facebook and Instagram Ads experience is a plus.
