Part-Time Store Quality Control Manager (option for full-time in future)

We are looking for a part time employee that will be in charge of website product development and to keep an eye on the stores Google advertising campaigns. The goal of this employee would be to keep an eye out on all our products and update the description, prices and other information based on recent updates. Upon successful work by the candidate, an opportunity to go full-time will be presented upon discussion, and if the candidate wishes to go into a full time role. If they wish to stay part-time, that opportunity will be available as well.

Required Qualifications.

- Knowledge of Shopify
- Previous VA or administrative role experience
- Good sense of responsibility
- English writing proficiency
- Familiarity of Google Ads is a bonus but not a requirement

This position will have a few different roles/tasks, here is a brief outline of them:

Product Updates role:

- Change product description, prices and other information based on recent updates
- Add and remove seasonal promotions to the site
- Keep product pages tidy and neatly organized
- Compare our pages with competitors constantly for offers, gifts, pricing
- Find out which products we are missing and instruct product uploaders to upload products that are not available yet on our site


Ads role:

- Track Ad Spend
- Filter out keywords daily
- Closely track new campaigns
- Analyze brands on a bi-weekly basis and compare their profitability
- Conduct bi-weekly reports on profit/loss of each brand
- Offer suggestions to increase/decrease ad spend accordingly
- Make comparisons:
- Compare our top brands with other competitors and see if we are being out-priced, getting out-offered, or out-bid
- For our best and new brands, compare competitor sites, see what they are offering, what they are doing better, and pass on these reports to the management
- Keep track of the promotions and their expirations, add the promotion in GMC

Maintenance:
- Regularly check products on GMC and on website back end. Making sure that all products on GMC are approved and have no issues
- Handle any shipping fee/description issues with GMC when they arise
- Suggest and make changes to create a better layout for our product pages.
- Performance of our ads and sales from our ads is the main thing that this position will be judged by.

Wage:
This is a part time role and the wage for this role would be 300$ a month.

You would have the option to switch to commission based pay after 2-3 months.

Hours:
There are no set hours that you need to work. You can do this at any time of the day, but the work needs to be completed and you need to check in on the ads DAILY and fix any issues that arise This is a daily job that normally would not take you any more than 3 hours on average.
