JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking for an individual with excellent sales and customer service skills, the ability to respond promptly, quick adaptability, and a commitment to a long-term collaboration with the company.

Daily Tasks:
• Process insurance approvals.
• Respond to customer inquiries and track feedback/concerns in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
• Use empathy and understand what the customer wants.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Able to understand and create process flows and documentations.
• Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure efficient and effective customer service operations.
• You must be able to use a CRM system to track deals progress and provide insights to management.
• Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services.

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Optimistic Energy and Good Personality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software and tools

Must Haves:
• Must be working full time
• Should have a good personality, a collaborative attitude and a teachable mind
• Must have own laptop, webcam and a fast internet
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Must be willing to join quarterly team events
