Rate: $8-$9/hr, and earn up to 90,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule:
- Monday Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST with a 30-min lunch break, and 2 15-minute breaks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role, with exposure to both operations and sales functions.
- Worked for a SaaS/Tech company in the past.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques (Excel, Charting, statistical modeling, visualization tools).
- Familiarity with CRM and Sales systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar).
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Operations Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources (ERP/CRM systems, business reports, customer feedback) to gain insights into operational performance.
- Data entry tasks.
- Develop and present clear, data-driven recommendations for streamlining processes, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience.
Sales Performance Tracking & Analysis:
- Track key sales KPIs (e.g., lead conversion rates, win rates, deal size, sales cycle length).
- Analyze individual Account Executive performance, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and coaching opportunities.
- Conduct ROI analysis for sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and investments.
- Develop dashboards and reports that clearly visualize sales performance trends.
Collaboration & Implementation:
- Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and other teams to design and implement new processes, tools, or training initiatives.
- Document requirements, process flows, and project plans meticulously.
- Monitor and measure the impact of implemented solutions, providing reports and suggesting further refinements.
