JOB OVERVIEW

This role requires an ability to think creatively and analytically, look at numbers and conversion metrics per platform and scale engagement as well as revenue. You need to be familiar with all channels. You are a visionary leader looking for new opportunities, and innovator, always coming up with new ideas to grow and scale.

You’ll be responsible for:

Strategic Content Creation: Know what works best on different platforms and apply this knowledge to develop and execute content strategies that resonate with our audience. You’ll be responsible for creating and editing certain types of content that will be posted on social media feeds and stories. Our professional video editing team will handle the majority of the video editing.
Creative Leadership and Coordination: Be able to set strategy with our CEO Jerry and Dio Natasha, and translate that into team execution.
Insight-Driven Adaptation: Analyze real-time responses to live content, extract actionable insights, and swiftly adapt our strategies if needed to increase audience interaction and content relevance.
Production: Work with our content production team (videographer and editor, copywriter, and marketing team managing DM campaigns) to ensure our content is of the highest quality. Having a “good eye” is crucial. You thrive on rapid-fire content requests and tight deadlines.
Performance will be measured by:

Growth of social media KPIs
Quality of social media content
Project management and process building capabilities
Leadership within and outside the team
Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in social media and marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. We hold all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to the highest standard of communication and our favorite internal phrase is “make it impossible to misunderstand.”
Proven track record of growing a brand via social media and storytelling on platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Mission driven and passionate about distributing our message across platforms to help business owners and marketers worldwide.
Exceptional project management abilities and experience collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
Love for business growth and marketing content. You need to grasp various concepts and teachings quickly, and make sure our content/social media represents those concepts accurately.
High levels of autonomy, self-motivation and self-organization.
