Youtube video creations, script and audio provided, need videos similar to another content creator linked below

I want to create videos just like this guy in this video, I will provide all the script and the audio voice but I need someone to put together the video transitions and assets/content just like this guy. I want to do this regularly and pay per video produced.

My budget per each 12 minute video could start at $25 USD per video and go up to $100 USD if the video quality is really good after working together on a couple videos and if we like working with each other.
