JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a personal assistant to help keep me organized in my personal life as well as help grow our business. Below is a list of some of the common tasks that we need help with.
• Manage iCRYO center email boxes
Upgrade to see actual info Instagram posts into Facebook
• Follow up with High Level leads via text and email
• Create Zenoti “always on” and “scheduled” campaigns
• Run Zenoti new guest reports weekly
• Create Team call lists for Foothill and Chandler
• Pull Meta leads and cross reference them with purchases
• Build out High Level automations
• Do things to help support iCRYO managers
• Grow Facebook and Instagram followers
• Wright standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• iCRYO new hire paperwork and timelines
• Proof read
• Build new Facebook and Instagram pages
We are looking for someone who is free thinking, reliable, organized, has a strong command of the written english language, willing to learn, self learner, can anticipate the next steps, understands marketing and the marketing mindset.
