JOB OVERVIEW

This job can be characterized in three words: capable, resourceful, dynamic. You can negotiate, manage, know how to talk to customers, sell on the phone, experience in the e-commerce customer service ? Then this job is for you!

We are seeking a full-time executive VA to join our customer service call-center team.

-> ABOUT US:
We have served almost 100.000 customers in the US and EU. The brand is focused on anti-aging and providing skincare products to people. We're a small, fast-growing team and we're looking for people that share the same values as us and are focused on long-term growth.

-> YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Providing excellent customer support on the phone.
• Calling customers, to solve issues quicker
• Selling them products via Phone Calls
• Managing our subscriptions via Phone Calls
• Making sure the chargeback rates and disputes are being low due to phone call optimisation.


-> TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to ask relevant questions and sell.
• Natural resourcefulness on which products of our sortiment would fit for an upsell.
• Proactive and organized approach to work and know what upsells and cros-sells are.
• Independence and the ability to learn quickly.
• Motivation since we are going to pay you also a % of the sale you made via phone
