We own Fleet Finesse, which is a leading provider of SaaS solutions designed to streamline car rental operations and enhance customer experiences. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Tech Support Specialist.

Job Description:
The Tech Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support for our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, experience in tech support, and excellent communication abilities to effectively assist our clients via Zoom calls.

Key Responsibilities:
-Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance and support for our SaaS product.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct Zoom calls with clients to address and resolve technical problems.
Document customer interactions and issues in the support ticketing system.
Collaborate with the development team to communicate software bugs and follow up on resolutions.
Actively promote our SaaS across our social media channels + online forums to generate subscriptions.

-Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
Conduct training sessions for clients to help them maximize the use of our SaaS product.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Social Media Management to generate business via social media & Influencer outreach

Qualifications:
-Technical Skills:
Proven experience in technical support roles, preferably with a SaaS product.
Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
Familiarity with Shopify platform management and e-commerce best practices.
Basic knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a plus but not required.
Sales and marketing experience
Social Media management.

-Communication Skills:
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to conduct professional and effective Zoom calls with clients.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

-Experience:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback.

-Personal Attributes:
Problem-solver with a proactive approach.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and integrity.

-Availability: Able to work in CST hours.
