von Eaton House is an Atlanta-based branding and marketing agency seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager. We are dedicated to helping our clients establish and grow their online presence through innovative design and strategic marketing solutions.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to create engaging content that aligns with our clients' brands. This role requires a collaborative mindset, emphasizing the importance of teamwork to generate ideas and ensure seamless project execution. Timely responsiveness is crucial in meeting deadlines and client expectations while maintaining open communication channels internally and externally. Quality control is integral to upholding our commitment to excellence, ensuring that all deliverables meet our standards for visual appeal, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic for our clients' businesses.

Manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.

Create and curate content calendars, including writing captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Graphic Design:

Create visually compelling graphics for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, website assets, email campaigns, advertisements, and more.

Develop brand identities, logos, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate our clients' messaging and values.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, conceptualize designs, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality of our work.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and design versatility.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other graphic design tools/software.
Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and community management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
