We are seeking a quick-learning Data Entry / Sourcer / Appointment Setter / General VA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is optimistic, adaptable, and resourceful, with a passion for learning and growth.
Responsibilities:
Taking Screenshots of Clients' LinkedIns & Careers Page
Entering Screenshots into Cloud Tools
Email
Managing contact lists and customer spreadsheets
Documenting hiring members contact information into cloud tools
Maintaining a calendar and setting up meetings
Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn
Transcription and handling correspondence
Data entry - CRM
Providing excellent customer service
Pay:
Contract for $3-$4 USD per hour depending on experience and qualifications
Hours:
Full-Time Work (40 hours per week) after a two-week trial
Bonus:
Additional financial incentives based on performance

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or equivalent work experience
Technical proficiency
Reliable computer with camera and backup computer
Internet connection (3mbps plan or higher with 2mbps running speed)
Quality over-ear headset with noise cancellation
Nice-to-have: Experience in remote recruiting, LinkedIn sourcing, Sales, and/or Appointment Setting
