Outreach Lead List Builder and Data Entry Assistant

We’re a small, friendly marketing agency based in the UK, and we’re on the lookout for someone awesome to join our team. We help small local businesses get more customers, and we need a Data Entry and Google My Business Specialist to help us make that happen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking info from Google My Business Profiles and putting it into Google Sheets.
• Making sure all the data is accurate and neatly organised.
• Helping us improve our processes and make things run smoother.
• Working with a supportive team that’s got your back.
• Building lead lists and scraping Google Maps, then adding that data into Google Sheets.
• Cleaning data lists and data sheets for cold email outreach.
• Handling various other tasks as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• You know your way around G Suite, especially Google Sheets.
• You’ve got some basic SEO skills related to Google My Business.
• You’ve done data entry or similar work before – mid-level experience is great.
• You’re detail-oriented and love getting things right.
• You’re a good communicator and love working with a team.
• Experience in lead list building, scraping Google Maps, and cleaning data for cold email outreach is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and cold email outreach would be hugely beneficial.

Working Hours:

• This is a part-time role, and we can chat about the hours that work best for both of us.

Pay:

• We’re offering between $5 and $10 an hour, depending on your experience and qualifications, but we’re flexible.
