VA Application for STR Operations Manager

OVERVIEW AND JOB DESCRIPTION:
Two clients are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Short Term Rental Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of various vacation rental properties across the US. This role mainly involves coordinating with other VAs and ensuring all the day to day operational tasks have been completed and resolved. The ideal candidate should be a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, ability to effectively communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, has attention to detail, and is a fast learner who takes initiative to surpass expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of all the properties
- Communicate and coordinate with other VAs and property owners
- Help resolve guests issues/concerns when they arise
- Manage the productivity and efficiency of the team to maintain an exceptional guest experience
- Report on performance and recommend actionable improvements when necessary
- Organize and maintain an up-to-date SOP
- Perform ad hoc tasks if needed


EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
Have a strong educational background. At least a bachelor’s degree of any program but preferred accounting or business administration major.
STR experience is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize tasks
Should have a sharp eye for details
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Receptive to feedback

WORK SCHEDULE: Total of 20 hours per week
Either:
Sunday-Wednesday & Friday : 5AM to 9AM CST or 8PM to 12AM CST
Sunday-Thursday : 5AM to 9AM CST or 8PM to 12AM CST

SALARY: average $5 per hour, can vary based on experience
