Virtual Assistant for Instagram Outreach and General Administrative Support

We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to manage our Instagram follower outreach and conversion process, as well as assist with general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging new Instagram followers according to a script and sorting them according to how qualified/engaged they are, so that Carson can take over the process of booking a sales call.

Additionally, you will maintain a detailed tracking system for KPIs, including number of new followers, number of DMs sent, number of sales calls booked, etc. Outside of the Instagram outreach process, you will handle scheduling meetings, coordinating with video editors, managing our social media content calendar, and other similar tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Instagram Outreach:
? Send personalized messages to all new Instagram followers.
? Sort and qualify responses to identify potential leads.
? Follow up with followers who do not respond within a specified timeframe.
? Track and report KPIs related to Instagram lead nurture in a spreadsheet.
• Administrative Support:
? Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
? Communicate effectively with video editors and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
? Schedule and post content on various social media platforms.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Instagram for business and lead generation.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling software.
• Experience with spreadsheet management and KPI tracking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools.
