Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing databases, tracking sales and payment metrics, and creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help us measure and improve our performance. You will work closely with various departments to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Tracking:
Monitor and record initial deposits, program enrollments, and ongoing payment plans (ACH/wire transfers).
Ensure accurate tracking of all financial transactions related to our challenge and program offerings.

Commission Management:
Develop and maintain a commission structure that pays out based on actual revenue received, moving away from lump-sum payments to a more sustainable, performance-aligned approach.

Financial Reporting:
Generate regular reports on payment statuses, completion rates, and commission payouts.
Provide insights on revenue trends, participant payment behavior, and program performance.

Data Analysis:
Use financial data to identify trends, forecast future revenue, and provide actionable recommendations for improving business outcomes.

Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant laws and accounting standards.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role, with a strong foundation in revenue tracking and commission structures.
Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills; experience with accounting software is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales analytics or financial analysis.
Knowledge of automation tools and techniques.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data management platforms.
