Junior Book Layout Designer and Data Entry

Our German establishment is actively seeking aspiring Book Layout Designers and Data Entry for a long-term commitment. As a Book Layout Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality book layouts for a diverse range of books, focusing on plain text-based layouts and graphic-inclusive layouts for our Amazon KDP and Data entry for T-Shirt business. Additionally, you will be required to upload T-Shirt and Book designs to multiple online platforms. Don't worry if you're just starting out; we offer comprehensive training and encourage flexibility to learn and tackle new, sometimes less exciting but essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
For Book Layout Designer:

Design professional book layouts for various book types, including office books, children's books, novels, and reception books.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Canva, and PDF tools to generate book layouts.
Upload T-Shirt and Book designs to multiple platforms.
Acquire proficiency in working with AI (Artificial Intelligence).
Use translation websites like Upgrade to see actual info to translate books into different languages.
Regularly report your progress and work status to the team.

For Daty Entry:

Uploading given content and data entry.
Help organize and maintain digital files and documents.
Be flexible to take on new, important but potentially less exciting tasks as needed.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and assist in various ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

No previous experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Canva is desirable.
Eagerness to learn and work with AI.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to new tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail and creative skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A strong team player.

Salary and Perks:
Your salary will be commensurate with your experience and skills. Successful candidates will benefit from a yearly salary increase and significant bonus payments upon achieving company targets. We offer a family-friendly work culture, provision for time off during special occasions or as needed, along with 36 days of paid holidays annually.
