About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a motivated and experienced Virtual Sales Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong sales background, and possesses excellent communication skills with a clear English accent. As a Virtual Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing client relationships, and driving sales initiatives to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in generating sales leads through various online platforms and tools.
Schedule and coordinate sales appointments, meetings, and follow-up calls.
Manage and update customer databases with contact details and sales activity.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for the sales team.
Assist in managing sales processes and ensuring CRM systems are up-to-date.
Perform administrative tasks related to sales as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar role with a focus on sales.
Strong command of English with a clear and articulate accent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Special Requirement:
