JOB OVERVIEW

Monster Group (UK) Ltd is a thriving online retailer based in the UK offering a diverse range of high quality and great value products to an international market. We are looking for our next Monster to help us deliver customer service that is out of this world!

• Answering customer queries via email, ticketing system and phone calls; you will be confident and creative in resolving customer issues in a friendly manner, on a wide range of products, in an agreed timescale.
• Sending invoices and other information to our customers.
• Liaising with couriers and using online portals to resolve queries.
• Help to ensure our marketplaces are kept up to date by dispatching orders, answering enquiries, monitoring feedback.

• You will be confident in dealing with IT programmes such as google sheets, Excel and CRM.
• Experience of Magento, Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces will be very helpful!
• You will be friendly, professional and discrete when dealing with our company and customers information.
• You will have excellent English skills, both in writing and verbal communications.
• Your attention to detail will be perfect and be highly organized, as you might be juggling multiple tasks at once!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work with a successful British ecommerce company. You will be required to remotely log in and work during our UK office/working hours (Monday - Friday 8-5.30 GMT) so that we can maintain virtual contact and communications. There may also be requirement for weekend working.
