Logistics Assistant

DONT APPLY WITHOUT TRUCKING EXPERIANCE

Seeking a logistics assistant that can do the following:

Communicate with Drivers (via phone and text)
Dispatch drivers
Check driver updates
Update customers
Book port reservations
Track shipping containers


Must have experience with:

Excel
Microsoft
High level is a plus (HIGH LEVEL EXPERIANCE WILL GET SELECTED 1ST FOR THIS POSITION)
Propass (VA Port a plus)

The ideal candidate will not be timid and have a strong speaking voice. You will be dealing with truck drivers and customers. Please be used to working our hours. We are EST! You will work full-time, NOT PART-TIME. YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR HOURS. They WILL BE SET HOURS.

Expected hours will be 7am-4pm EST BUT this may change.

There will be chances of overtime and EXTRA PAY with side projects.

We will do 2 rounds of interviews depending on how many people apply.

Looking to start interviews TOMORROW and you will start MONDAY 5/27/2024.

This is a long-term position.
$200 USD per week. More money after 90-day review.
