Recruiter for Ecommerce Company

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Recruiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage top talent for various positions within the company, including marketing, sales, customer service, logistics, and more.

- Screening and Interviewing: Online interviews to evaluate candidates skills and experience.

- Negotiation: Handle offer negotiations, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages that align with company policies and candidate expectations.

- Job Postings: Create compelling and accurate job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.

- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.

Requirements:

- Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the e-commerce or jewelry industry, Also recruiting UGC Creators would be great.

- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure top talent while balancing company interests.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR technologies.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
