Join our dynamic real estate brokerage team as a Virtual Assistant and play a pivotal role in taking our business to the next level. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks critical to the success of our brokerage and the satisfaction of our clients and agents.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze ALTA & HUD settlements with precision to identify commissions, contributions, processing fees, and parties involved.
Review ASIS Florida contracts to locate critical dates and add them to the calendar for timely action.
Calculate commissions accurately using onboarding packages, contracts, and settlement statements.
Manage QuickBooks entries, track company finances, and assist in year-end tax preparation, including organizing 1099 Tax Forms.
Upload property listings on the MLS after thorough research on property details and neighboring comparisons.
Maintain open and clear communication channels with brokers, agents, and clients, providing timely updates and support.

Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to triple-check work for accuracy.
Proficiency in analyzing complex documents and contracts.
Strong numerical aptitude for commission calculations and financial management.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-driven, self-sufficient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required.
