JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiast who will help us to grow our online stores and to help our customers.

Your daily tasks would be:
- Update tracking numbers on orders placed the previous day.
- Keep customers updated on back orders and delays via email.
- Provide customer support via email on shipment and return concerns
- Keep our records organized by saving PO invoices and receipts
- Help update inventory (prices, stock, lead time, add new products)

Skills Required:
1. Great Researching Skills
2. Excellent English - can understand instructions properly
3. Excellent English Verbal - be able to take phone calls
4. Persistent & Detail oriented - can focus on each task
5. Responsible
6. Eager to learn new things
7. Able to communicate effectively
8. Excel / Google Sheets

Bonus Skill:
1. Experience in dropshipping
2. Automotive parts (or parts related) background/experience
3. Customer service Experience
4. Knowledge of platforms such as Slack, Zendesk, Big Commerce, Finale

Work hours are from Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 3 PM Pacific time (8 hrs work + 1 hr unpaid break).
