We are seeking a skilled and highly organized project manager/coordinator who will be reporting to the Chief Revenue
Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies and excellent
communication skills ensuring that sales projects are executed efficiently and successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and
within budget.
- Collaborate with different departments to develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and
resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact involved in sales projects, providing regular updates on progress and
addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and outcomes, and generate reports as needed
for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team
members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management processes and tools, such as Agile techniques, Jira or Clickup.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
