Sales Representative

I'm looking for a sales representative that can help make cold calls and other actions that would allow us to build a larger client base for our marketing agency. Their job would be to find potential clients in the area; call them; pitch/sell our services; then if the customer is interested, schedule a consultation/meeting with our marketing agency.
