VA for Customer Service Representative

Hi, we are looking for a customer service rep to support our e-commerce stores. Hours would be Wed-Sun 11-PM to 7 AM PH time. You would be answering Customer service emails, and chats and answering and returning phone calls if needed. Wage is $125 a week to start with pay increases based on performance.

Tasks will include:
- Product Research
- List products
- Talk to customers by email and chat
- Get tracking numbers
- Track stock levels
- Answer customer service emails
- Process refunds

Required Skill Set:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Technically minded
- Very organized
- Desire to grow
