Wefulfil is a dropshipping company with an eight-year track record of providing e-commerce sellers with a comprehensive One-Stop Solution, is seeking a dynamic Female Onboarding Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

At Wefulfil, we have plans to launch our customer service-based branch in the Philippines within the next few years. This presents an exceptional opportunity to tap into the thriving e-commerce market and enhance customer satisfaction.

As an Onboarding manager, your role will entail serving both our existing and potential customers, guiding them towards fruitful collaborations with us, all while enjoying a competitive salary structure based on your performance and achievements.

Job Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Conduct video call meetings with customers.
Provide comprehensive information about our services and products.
Skillfully negotiate and assist customers in aligning with our services.
Utilize Facebook and E-commerce Communities to identify potential customers.
Nurture customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to complete basic tasks.

Required Skills:
Proficient in spoken and written English.
A minimum of one year of customer service experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with dropshipping and e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Capability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (UTC+8).
Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm (UTC+8).
