B2B partnerships / sales outreach

I need help list building, finding contact, and performing outreach to a set of potential business partners.
I am building an app that helps independent beauty stylists, estheticians, nail techs, etc manage their business. We want to partner with beauty schools, trade associations, chambers of commerce, salon suites, and small beauty/wellness focused marketplaces to help acquire customers.
