I run a platform that helps people buy their first home in the UK. I offer several services through a membership/online teaching platform called "Skool". We offer 1-1s, live webinars, physical events, online lessons and more. You can read more here Upgrade to see actual info/

I am looking for someone to support the business in the front end and in the backend, this could involve but is not limited to:

- Exporting members on SKOOL and on STRIPE and running a reconciliation to see who is paying and who is not.
- Welcoming new members to the platform
- Checking in on members and seeing their progress
- Preparing regular messages for the admin team to submit to the group
- Messaging contacts on Instagram encouraging them to watch our webinar that acts as a funnel
- Working on retention for the business
- Provide daily updates on how many members have joined and how many have left
- Forward thinking & suggesting ways to improve the business
