Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist and Social Media Manager who is enthusiastic about tarot, oracle, astrology, spirituality, and other divination tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, design, branding, and social media management. They should be autonomous, creative, and able to lead projects independently. This role requires a deep understanding of community building and the ability to create emotional connections with and offer understanding to our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Design visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for emails, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
- Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Build and nurture a vibrant online community.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into our marketing strategies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing, design, branding, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of tarot, oracle, astrology, spirituality, and other divination tools.
- Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
