Designer (3 Days Per Week)

SAW Growth Marketing Upgrade to see actual info/ is seeking a part-time designer to help with this brand. We are an awesome, up and coming marketing consulting company based in Austin, Texas. We only work with health and wellness brands, so ideally you are passionate about health and wellness! We are growing fast and starting to work with some of the biggest US brands in health and wellness with hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue per year. In this role, you will be working directly with the CEO and Founder. The opportunity to learn and grow will be huge, as well as the potential to make a lot of money if you end up working for the company for 2 years or more. If we win, we want you to win, and for the right candidate this role could be for 5 years or longer.

You MUST have experience working with US companies for AT LEAST 2 years. If you do not, you will not be considered for the position.

You should have experience with design for digital, including social media, web design, blog and content design, email marketing and in store materials including posters, counter cards, postcards, coupons, business cards and merch. BONUS if you have video editing and video content creation or animation experience as well.

As a designer you will be expected to create designs in Canva for social design, as well as Photoshop or Illustrator for print files. You will also be expected to make photo recommendations for content when needed using free and paid photo platforms.

The ideal candidate is HIGHLY ORGANIZED, VERY RESPONSIVE, TRUSTWORTHY and COMMUNICATIVE (I understand life changes sometimes and you can't make a meeting or deadline, but you NEED to communicate that so we can plan accordingly and TRUST you). You should also have a willingness to learn, a desire to get the job done right and a tendency to think ahead so that you create less work for everyone. For example, we need to get better organized with our design templates, and so you should be willing to help create a system to organize them into separate design folders for email marketing, app marketing, organic social, paid social, etc.

Pay will be made once per week via Wise. You will start at $6/hr for the first two weeks and if that goes well you will be bumped up to $8/hr. If you are still working with us after 3 months, you will move to $10/hour.
