?? Job Position and Detailed Description:

- Common Qualifications
1) Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (2, 3 years) / Priority interview granted if relevant certification is held, even if final academic credentials do not match.

2) Preferred Experience: Proficiency in English (100%), childcare educator, kindergarten teacher, major in child psychology, mass media, or experience in tutoring

3) Applicants residing overseas or native English speakers are welcome to apply as long as they have WhatsApp

1) Employment Type: Contract, Freelance

2) Location of Work: 100% Remote (No offline activities required)

??Recruitment Process:

Step 1- We will contact you upon submission of your resume
Step 2- Please fill out the contents of the survey in Google Form and submit it.
Step 3- After your resume is reviewed, we will conduct online non-face-to-face interviews through Zoom
Step 4- Upon hiring, we will provide you with the necessary information for your activities and commence the tasks.

• All hiring procedures (interviews, training) will be conducted exclusively online.
• If you have strong schedule management skills, you can also have multiple jobs at once.

•Working between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM( Korea Time) is preferable as it aligns with our clients' preferred schedule.
• Applicants seeking efficient work within limited hours (e.g., on leave, planning to immigrate abroad) are also welcome to apply.

??Compensation:

• Minimum active students management requirement is 20 individuals (activity will be restricted if fewer than 20).
• A commitment of approximately 3 hours per day, 5 days a week is required, based on a minimum of 20 students
• Participation in programs may be expanded/limited based on individual activity capacity.
