We are seeking a highly capable Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our FMCG team and optimise revenue for our two eCommerce liquor websites mainly through
Essential Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in database and revenue growth for an eCommerce client with a wide product range
• Proficient in marketing platforms of Hubspot, Salesforce or Klaviyo.
• Experience with a Customer Data Platforms
• Experience with Shopify Plus eCommerce platforms
• Excellent English communication skills
• Highly developed data and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
• Identify and target relevant audiences based on intent signals.
• Manage communication schedules to meet brand and supplier requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance advertising performance.
• Implement strategies to acquire
• Activate and manage loyalty programs to drive retention and repeat purchases.
• Generate reports, provide insights, and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
• Work alongside a creative team.
