JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, and setting appointments using various software tools. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads through research and effective communication.
- Set and manage appointments using tools such as Calendly, GoHighLevel, and Gmail.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve sales processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in using Calendly, GoHighLevel, Gmail, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
