Job Overview: The Marketing Content Creator will be instrumental in expanding Retreat Finder’s online presence. This role is responsible for:

- Increasing organic search traffic from new and returning visitors.
- Growing social media followers and boosting engagement rates.
- Generating leads for the sales team.

As the first hire in Retreat Finder’s Marketing team, you will work with leadership to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and narrative across all channels.

Create compelling content in various formats, including:
- Long & Short-Form Videos
- SEO Articles
- Social Media Posts
- Email Newsletters, Promotion Campaigns, Nurture Sequences
- Webpages & Sales Pages
- Downloadable booklets, guides, and PDFs
- Webinars
- Product Descriptions
- Blogs & Articles

Develop and execute content strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement.

Conduct SEO keyword research to inform content creation.

Plan and manage social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to drive traffic and engagement.

Write persuasive sales copy and produce high-quality articles.

Design and implement email marketing campaigns using AI tools and automation.

Skills and Qualifications:
