Position Title: Detail-Oriented ENTRY LEVEL VA with Excellent Phone Skills

Bienvenido Insurance is seeking an exceptional virtual assistant with excellent phone skills and meticulous attention to detail to join our rapidly expanding insurance agency. This full-time role (40 hours/week) begins with a 30-day training period, with growth potential based on performance.

Requirements:

Impeccable English grammar (we'll provide training for everything else)
Availability during U.S. Central Time working hours
Responsibilities:

Handling Quotes from Agents:

Quote policies across multiple platforms
Complete and submit forms for various carriers
Generate auto policy quotes using Turborater
Fill out Acord forms for commercial policies
Notify agents of completed quotes/forms
Send quotes to clients via email or text
Process approximately 15 personal/commercial line quotes daily
Multitask and perform data entry with minimal supervision
CRM Management:

Keep CRM updated with no missing information
Upload policies using RingCentral
Enter new policies and quotes into NPQ CRM
Send text messages to clients about payments due or policy cancellations
Ensure accuracy and speed in data collection
Key Requirement:

Willingness to learn and use new platforms and programs
